Description

If you’re looking to skip the alcohol this holiday season, a Winter Rosier Spritz is a perfect alternative for any festive occasion. Made with tart cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, and a dash of simple syrup, this tasty spritz will quench your thirst and makes for a wonderful accompaniment to holiday fare. Add a splash of Herbacée Sparkling Rosier and club soda for some bubbly brightness. To create a wintery look, add a sugared rim and garnish with floating cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.

Ingredients

For the Sugared Rim:
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Lemon wedge

For the Spritz:
1 ounce cranberry juice
1 ounce pomegranate juice
¼ ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice
½ ounce simple syrup
Crushed ice
3 ounces Herbacée Sparkling Rosier
2 ounces Club soda
Floating cranberries and rosemary sprig to garnish

Instructions

Begin by creating the sugared rim. Add the sugar to a shallow saucer. Rim a stemless wine glass with a lemon wedge and then dip the top of the glass into the sugar to create a sugared rim. Set the glass aside as you prepare the drink.

In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, add the cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Add ice, then shake for 15 seconds or until cold. Strain into a stemless wine glass filled with fresh crushed ice. Top the drink with Herbacée Sparkling Rosier, then add the club soda. Using a bar spoon, gently stir the ingredients together, then add floating cranberries and a rosemary sprig for garnish. Enjoy!

Notes

Target Dose: 1.5 mg THC, 1.5 mg CBD per drink (using 3 ounces of Herbacée Sparkling Rosier)
